IT Support Service

The IT Support Service Level-3 course is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to perform as a competent IT support technician in real workplace environments. This course follows the national competency standards set by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), Bangladesh.
The program covers fundamental to intermediate-level IT support tasks, including computer operation, software usage, hardware assembly, operating system installation, networking, troubleshooting, and data backup. Learners will gain practical hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and related technologies.
The course begins with essential workplace communication skills in English and progresses to using office applications and internet services. It then focuses on core IT support competencies such as PC assembling, operating system installation, basic networking, application and utility software configuration, and data backup and recovery.
Participants will also learn how to diagnose and resolve technical problems, provide customer support, and follow professional workplace practices, including safety procedures and documentation.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

- Install and manage operating systems and software
- Set up and troubleshoot basic networks
- Perform data backup and recovery operations
